WA State Snapback // $28
It has been awhile since we last wrote a blog post and we figured it is about time. This summer has been pretty crazy... Townie “headquarters,” which is essentially a glorified garage, is now filled with boxes of shades from six cities Seattle, Tacoma, Portland, Spokane, Los Angeles and San Francisco. (More coming soon) We are working with a total of five different non-profits in these regions to give back to the communities we represent with our shades. The brand has really taken off and it is truly amazing to see how much we have been able to give this year. Being “regionally authentic” for us isn’t just about making sure the buildings on our designs are in the right place. It’s about caring for people and allowing everyone to showcase their pride for their city, teams and neighbors.
As a team, we love to make designs that are simple and make a statement about your community. We have taken this concept with us everyday in designing our signature skyline sunglasses. We are excited to reveal that we are taking this idea and expanding into headwear, starting with the release of our WA State Snapback in early September. We can’t tell you too much, but we can say to expect some pretty great things from us this fall/winter in the Pacific Northwest.
A goal of our company is to design and build products for the people. Our customers are the brand and we wouldn’t have it any other way.
